HS-410 (solid crystal) is based on SN5 / PB92 5/Ag2. 5 high temperature lead containing solid crystal solder paste. Residue is easy to clean. It is suitable for solid crystal welding of rectifier bridge stack, thyristor, IGBT and other semiconductor components. The application mode can be pneumatic spot coating after needle transfer. Very low residual after welding, high welding strength, few cavities and high reliability.
HS-411 (laser) is a wash free lead-free needle solder paste. Apply to spot coating. It can be applied to local fast welding methods such as laser welding.
